What are advocates?
We have participant advocates to help your employees navigate their benefits. Healthcare benefits can be hard to understand. Our advocates explain benefits and answer questions. Your employees work hard for their benefits! Our advocates help make sure they get the most out of them.
What can an advocate help my employees with?
Advocates can help your employees:
- Find a doctor
- Fill out forms
- Get answers to their questions
- See if they’re eligible for benefits
- Check if they owe a self-pay
- Know their copays
- Sign up for a class or program
- Explain things that are sent to them by mail or text
- Help with complicated situations (disability, enrollment, complaints, etc...)
