Diabetes Class 2

After your employees learn the basics of living healthy with diabetes in our Diabetes Class 1, they can take our Diabetes Class 2. This class teaches your employees how to control their diabetes by making good decisions when it comes to eating and grocery shopping.

In class they’ll learn how to:

• Read food labels
• Create personal meal plans
• Shop for foods that are better for them
• Eat the right amount of food (portions)

In this class, we give out:

• Measuring cups and spoons

Your employees can join our Diabetes Passport program for more help and rewards.

This class is offered

• in English or Spanish
• in the morning, afternoon, or at night
• at no cost for your employees. This means they don’t have to pay.
