High Blood Pressure Class
We offer a High Blood Pressure Class for your employees!
Did you know high blood pressure is a serious health issue? It can cause your employees to have poor health, diabetes and kidney damage. It also affects their everyday life.
If your employees have high blood pressure, they’re not alone. It’s something many people deal with. But your employees don’t have to live with high blood pressure. Our High Blood Pressure Class can help them control it.
High blood pressure can give your employees:

- Blurred vision
- Dizziness
- Shortness of breath
In class they’ll learn:
- What may be causing their high blood pressure
- How it affects their health
- Ways to control their blood pressure
- How to use a blood pressure monitor
In this class, we give out:
- A blood pressure monitor
This class is offered:
- In English or Spanish
- In the morning, afternoon, or at night
- At no cost for your employees and their dependents. This means they don’t have to pay.

They suggested I take some classes. I’ve taken the Diabetes 1 and 2 Classes, the High Blood Pressure Class, and the Kidney Smart Class. The ladies that have taught the classes have been very good, understanding, and most importantly thoughtful in their presentations.”
